Nabila Nafa

Nabila was born and raised in one of the many villages of Kabylia,Tizi Ouzou, Algeria. She is married and the mother of one daughter.

Nabila graduated from Mouloud Mammeri University, Tizi Ouzou, Algeria, with Bachelor’s of Science in Economics and Management. She worked over 10 years in the field of Human Resources before moving to the USA in March, 2021. Nabila lived in Florida for 2 years and worked in Assisted Living before moving to Ohio, where she earned a Registered Behavior Technician certificate and worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Nabila is compassionate, empathetic, and loves interacting with people of all ages. This desire to help improve the lives of others led her to her work at the RIC.
